2015 ULI Asia Pacific Summit – Connect with the Global World of Real Estate

We are pleased to confirm that the 4th ULI Asia Pacific Summit will take place from 2 – 4 June 2015 in Tokyo, Japan. Early bird registration will open later this year, but in the meantime, please save the date in your diary so that you can join over 500 leading real estate and land use professionals from across the region to proactively share ideas and exchange best practices.

We are proud to be able to host next year’s event in Japan, which has a longstanding ULI membership base and was our very first National Council to be established in the region. I know that our colleagues in Japan are looking forward to welcoming ULI members from across the world and showcasing both Tokyo and its leading real estate projects. The summit will be held at Toranomon Hills, one of Tokyo’s newest developments by Mori. Building Co., Ltd.

Tokyo is always one of the world’s most exciting and dynamic cities, but its real estate market is once again moving into the global spotlight as it prepares to host the 2020 Olympic Games. There is renewed investor interest in the city’s real estate market as first highlighted in ULI and PwC’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate Asia Pacific 2014 report at the end of last year, where Tokyo was ranked No.1 for investment prospects.

Whether you are a longstanding investor in Tokyo, considering entering the market or just interested in keeping up to speed with trends and best practices across the region, the ULI Asia Pacific Summit will be packed full of invaluable information and superb networking opportunities.

The summit will also provide a range of sponsorship opportunities for organizations to gain visibility, while also supporting the work of ULI. The prospectus can be viewed here and for further information, please contact Pauline Oh via e-mail at: pauline.oh@uli.org.

Thank you for your continued support of ULI and we look forward to seeing you at our multiple events in the forthcoming months and at the summit next June.

Sincerely,
